We are in the process of doing a little renovating over here at Shopmamie.com. We are making over our photography and adding more fit information (it will be cool- trust us)! Of course, it is to only make things better for you and we need your help!
As far as the merchandise pictures go, we need to know if you like us wearing the clothing or if you would rather have it layed out on a mannequin. So we are taking a poll:
1. Person 2. Mannequin 3. Other Suggestion.

P.S. We will still be continuing to do our Style Me Mamie pictures for you to see the clothing styled on us in a day-to-day manner.

Please! On a person! I feel better about it when I can see it on a living body. Hard to really get a feel for it when it’s just on a mannequin.
I sort of like the person photos, because it gives me a better idea of the length of the piece and how it may rest on an actual person. Maybe some model measurements would be helpful (height, etc.). I think it would be nice to see more of the person’s body too. I feel slightly creepy typing that (ha), but I meant it to mean I’d like to see more of the body so I’d have a better idea of the length and cut (this coupled with model measurements would be useful, in my opinion).
Definitely person. I think things look differently and it is easier to shop online when you see it on someone else.
I personally like seeing clothing on a person vs a mannequin as you can see how clothing will lay on the body (like where the hemline falls or the bustline, etc). Although in these photos, there isnt too much of a difference between the shape of the mannequin & your model, its definitely better on a real body
I say stick with person. Its nice to see the clothes on someone so you are able to see how it actually looks on.
Person for sure. You can see how it lays & fits much better that way.
person please!!! AND it would be even better if you could give us an idea of person height/weight so we can judge how it would fit us.
I like that a person is modeling the clothing. It gives the customer a good visual of how the garment actually fits, where it hits on the leg (dresses/skirts), etc. It may be helpful to know what size the person modeling the items is wearing so people can better judge what size they may need. Keep up the good work, ladies!
Person! Definitely prefer seeing the clothes on a person.
I think a person is nice. It would be good to know that the person is 5′ 7″ and normally wears a size 6 and is wearing a size x in this particular outfit. Also would be good to see different sizes on different people too.
I prefer Person! Or maybe both? But I definitely like seeing how the clothes fit actual people so I can get an idea of how it would fit me.
