With or without baby bump? Who would know? We thought this would be a fun little post showing just how versatile our dresses can be! Below is Sydney from The Daybook sporting our Shopmamie.com Hooray Hampton’s Dress. Sydney is half-way through her pregnancy and you wouldn’t even know if she wasn’t showing off her little baby bump in the photo below. How wholesome does she look? I am wearing the same dress in the picture below minus the baby bump, of course.

Kendi from Kendi Everyday is sporting our Caroline dress, which just recently sold out. Kendi is of course, sans bump.
Below Kendi is my sister, Colleen, who wearing the same dress, but the difference is that she is 6 months pregnant…can’t even tell, right?? She will kill me for posting this pic, but I just had to! Coll is also wearing our Shopmamie.com Valerie Sweater and the Shopmamie.com Corine Carryall.

Every so often, a designer hits the nail on the head. Being in the fashion business, we look at color, fabric, pattern choice, silhouette, texture, trimmings, seams, fit, and the list goes on and on. And, sometimes, it can get overwhelming! The elements which all must come together in a perfect harmony to make a piece of clothing work, really is an art form. I am personally, one, who is drawn to patterns and colors. I love bold colors and bold patterns. I’m the complete opposite of neutrals, earth tones, and simple. Anyhow, I think we overlook how important color can be in our wardrobe. Even in our homes.

And this summer, I’ve really been loving a bright coral, red, and teal color scheme, and think Tory Burch has got it spot on when it comes to her Resort 2012 collection. I love her COLOR palette! And, I love the mixture of patterns with her “on trend,” yet classic silhouettes. What is your color palette this summer?! Will they be the hot colors in Summer 2012 too?!

The best thing about summer is that you can throw on clothes quickly and still look stylish and cute. This definitely does NOT happen in the winter, lol. On the hot days of summer, what do you like to throw on? We’re curious, so poll in!!
I’m chiming in for Amy (she is my bff and I usually guess spot on-lol) and her summer uniform would be either a cotton comfy maxi dress OR a skirt or shorts and a cute tank. For me, my summer uniform is sure to be a shorter a-line style dress that cinches at the waist- really any fabric is good for me and similar to Ame, I definitely love a good fitting pair of shorts paired with an adorable tank. Gotta love summer!

If you follow Style Me Mamie, you know that we LOVE Kendi and her blog, Kendi Everyday, especially when she wears Shopmamie. I love how she styled her whole outfit around the colors in the necklace..love love love! Sadly, we sold out of the necklace before she wore it, but you make see it poking back around soon enough.
